Default Timing chain help

Hey guys I was just wondering how much timing I can put on a basically stock 5.0. I wanted to bump the timing a little bit and start running on premium pump gas and was wondering what a good timing number would be for me.

thanks,

mike

pull the spout connector and don't go past 14 with premium. we are talking about ignition timing and not valve timing, right? just curious because of the thread name.
