Default Code trouble
i got a code 63 throttle position circuit fault, below minimum voltage now what do i do

Some possible causes are bad or misadjusted TPS, TB base idle mis-set, binding throttle cable.

I changed the tps and I still get the same code how do u check the tb base idle?
