Angry dont no what to do

when i first start my car in the morning it starts then turns right off unless my foot is on the gas. there isnt any mosture in the distributer and the only other thing i could think of is the maf senser

RUN A KOER TEST AND MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO CODES....in specific ones that refer to IAC VALVE........if no codes and it's butt cold where you are , there was TSB about moisture forming in the IAC AND FREEZING IT if it is cold where you are at, if not try cleaning IAC

i had the same problem
i noticed that the vacume line from the pcv valve to the underside of the intake split(huge vacume leak) i replaced the line and it ran great..

I don't know if you changed anything then had this problem or not but try adjusting the throttle stop bolt until it'll idle on it's own. Check the idle if it's 850 - 900 then it might have backed itself out on you somehow?? or at least with it idling you can check for vacuum leaks etc

its ****ing cold here so how do i clean my iac valve??

remove it, take it into the house for a fw hours so it warms up, then spray it out with carb cleaner.. then after its dried out, hit it with some WD-40 or silicone lubricant.. then re-install it
