Help-Ticking Noise

Default Help-Ticking Noise

I was wondering if anyone has heard of this. I hear a ticking noise only when im turning like making a u turn. Any insight would be helpful.

how about some more info. do u hear it outside or inside the car? is it coming from the rear or front? could be a bunch of things, help us narrow it down.

Probably something to do with the rack or power steering bump, unless its more of a clunk, then it could be a bad ball joint

It seems like it is coming from the drivers side front. Its not just one big clunk its multiple ticking sounds. It almost sounds like certain headers when you get that ping from the exhaust. I dont know if that helps but thank you.

my 98 had the same symptoms and it was the power steering pump

mine made a clicking noise when making sharp turns, turned out to be the rack and pinion.
