Thanks man. That would be great! What are my chances of screwing something up? I was trying to find info on drilling it out, and read a bunch of stuff (in a different type of car) that said you had to drill like 1.5" to get the pin out, and 1.25" into the actual ignition.. and if you went to far, a whole new steering column would be needed.

FORD TOUGH says the ignition has to be in the 'on' position to get the cylinder out. I understand drilling it out would resolve that problem since mine WONT go into the 'on' position, but could I do as he says and break it loose with a screw driver, and then just remove the cylinder without drilling anything? Sad to say.. but I don't own a cordless drill and there is no power available to me.

I dont see it being possible to break the pin out with a screw driver

your going to need to pull the plastic off around the column, its easy to spot
