Question Any Advice

just put a bbk ssi intake manifold on my 91. Started right up, ran great down to the gas station. On way back home i floored it. Started to leak coolant. It loooks like its coming from behind the motor by the fire wall. Could no tell exactly where it was coming from and was to tired to look any harder for it. Gona look at it tonight. Any advice on what to look for or any ideas where its coming from grealty apperciated.

If you can pressure test on the radiator and it might be a hose leak, just went thru the same thing a week ago, turns out it was a pin hole in a hose back by the heater hose.

Good Luck.

A buddy of mine had the same problem, it was the manifold.

No, the intake itself. And it was a clusterf*ck getting it replaced. Hope that's not the case for you. G/L.

bbk ssi = craptastic intake, but make sure the gaskets aren't leaking or heater core hoses too
