Angry Ready to Quit on my 95 5.0

ive tryed everything i can think of. my car wont always start, i can get it to start every now and then but it will turn off with in 20 min,,and the check engine light will come on and it wont start for a day or 2, its not my distrib, fuel filter, or ccrm, i changed the ccrm with a ccrm from a 94 v6 and it started right up. but a hour later the same thing started to happen, can anyone help or am i going to have to buy a bike so i can go to and from work

How to Solve an EFI No Start.... need to ID what is missing for the engine to start.... fuel or spark

mine was doing the same thing... i finally got pi$$ed and left it alone for like a week and it stopped doing it.

and just how did you verify that??? slapping parts is not verification of problems, you need to test things with test equipment, follow the efi no start as joel5.0 states

You could have bad TFI Module. It's located in the lower half of the passenger fender. It's a small black/silver box. Take it out and take it to autozone. They'll test it for free. Make sure your MAF and plug is properly seated as well.

i have tried replacing the module, that wasnt it, i replaced my distrib, it worked or a while then started again, i replaced my ccrm and it worked for a day, but now it wont even start, i tried to spray stuff in the throtle body but nothing, same with the spark, the last code i got was 563 564 and another one about my mass flow sensor

stop scanning from the OBDII port under the dash and use the right test port
