Default I need a wiring diagram for an '89 5.0 PLEASE

Hello...

I am working on my neighbor's '89 5.0 convertible and I have a few wiring issues. The previous owner has gone to town with the crimper and I need to sort this all out.

Does anyone have a set of good wiring diagram for this model? The Haynes one sucks and the ones on veryusefull.com do not match the colors of the OEM wires

Here's what I am looking for:
A door lock and window diagram (they all stopped working, the circuit breaker is good and there is 12v in the fuse box)

How to get rid of the check engine light when the EGR is deleted

there is also 4 wires near the ignition coil, yellow with a red stripe and black with a white stripe.. the yellow ones are in a rectangular plastic connector, the black ones are stripped... what do these do?

engine sensors wire colors or a close up picture

window washer pump wire colors or a picture

transmission reverse lights wire colors or a picture

Vehicle Speed Sensor wire colors or a picture

the ignition key reminder chime is so quiet I didn't know it had one until I was hooking up the pedals... why?

I think that's all I am missing... plz help!!!
Thanks in advance!!

obviously the above poster didn't read 3 lines into your post, I apolgize for that.

Anywho.. EGR simulator from eBay will do the trick for the CEL.

Door locks/windows are more than likely caused by the drivers side switch, as the passenger switch is routed through that. No diagram, sorry.

Transmission switches, if it's a T5, are here. Again, no diagram, but this is a start.

The chimer is probably just old and weak.

The wires near the coil I can't help with because my car has 2 feet of snow on the hood. Maybe someone else can help there.

Thanks for the help! The wiring is almost done...
The wiring diagram show the windows and door locks are powered by a blk/wht wire going through a 30A breaker... where is this breaker?

It's #14 at the fuse box.......

And each window motor has one built-in.

The window circuit breaker has 12V at the prong (#14) and the breaker has continuity so the problem is after the breaker or in the switch. It's probably that safety relay... None of the windows work. Where is this relay found?

As for the locks:
I hooked up the BLK/WHT wire on the driver door switch straight to the battery and the locks worked so for sure that wire isn't getting power... I need to know where that wire gets power from (the "in line circuit breaker" 30A)

here's another one I am not sure about:

These wires are by the ignition coil
they are
YEL/BLK
YEL/RED (has 12v on RUN)

BLK/WHT
BLK (continuity to Ground)

what are they for?
Where do they get connected to?

Thanks again to all who helped!!

For the power locks, check the CB at the starter solenoid power distribution post...... see the black/white wire.

PS: Ignore the "bridging" instruction on the pic.

mattdel, garyh, 1988ttop, thanks!!!
Joel5.0, you are the farking man! I thought that was a capacitor for the ignition system and I had it grounded... once I put it to the power terminal the windows and locks worked again!

anyways, this is the only engine electrical I have left to sort out... what is it???
