Im having a new 331 dropped in my car new block afr headers everything. Im being told ill have around 400 rwhp. Im pretty sure my stock tranny wont handle it. What tranny would you recommend for a daily driver that has 400hp?

400 hp daily driver? Nice thats what i am trying to get too. But i cant drive mine everyday its like 9 degrees outside and snow everywhere. Must be nice! LOL

Hydraulic is way lame in my opinion, never feels like you are driving a real car cause the clutch is so easy to push down. Pretty strong trans, but really dislike the feel.

Id go with the tko 600, its one of the only manual transmissions that has seen 9 second times. I plan on going with it eventually. It is also much stronger than the regular t56. The viper t56 is stronger, but that is a ton of money. T-5 will not hold up behind 400rwhp very well at all, unless you baby it everywhere. Mine was pretty much toast after about a year and a half behind 322 rwhp in my last car, and I drove it pretty easy most of the time.
