Default 1990 5.0 STARTER ?

What is the differance between the starters from a 90 5.0 t5 and a 93 5.0 t5
just wondering what the change is?

are thay a better starter and can you convert them ? I have heard several 92/93 stangs and the starter seems to be a lot stronger as far as cranking

can any one tell me why my starter stays engaged for few sec after car is runing . is my starter missed up or jus the wrong one since i have a c4 tranny .

pretty much you just have to run a small trigger wire off of the solonoid to the starter, and flip the power wire to the other side... its been a while

When i had my wires mixed up on the solenoid my starter stayed engaged a little after i started it. Mine is different since the aftermarket alarm is on side of the solenoid and everything else is on teh other side. Do you have an alarm?
