Default J and M subframe connectors

Hey guys about a week and a half ago i ordered some j and m subframe connectors for my 90 stang from AM. They were 100 bucks plus 70 in shipping and all the other crap to canada......Still havent came in yet though . I was wondering if any one has them, are they as good as all the other ones? They were cheaper then steeda ones and I just thought ther just metal bars so I dont know why it would matter. Also how much should a shop charge to put them in? Will I notice any difference when there installed? Like how better handling?
