Wrong information...... I do it every time I have a SN95 for service, as a matter of fact, I finished work on one about 2 hours ago.... short term fuel trim values were mismatched by 23% between banks, causing a long term fuel trim value learning of +19% for bank 1 and -3% for bank 2... cause?...... exhaust leak. After adaptive learning took place, it started causing idle control problems anytime the A/C was turned on and intermittent engine stalls.

Sorry, I was in a hurry...

There are datalogging options for your ecu. I don't know if the SCT stuff does though, as I'm not familiar with it.

Anderson Ford PMS (Programmable Management System, IIRC) - This is a piggy back system, that doesn't override the factory tune. The PMS simply intercepts the signals in/out of the ecu, allowing the user to modify them. Datalogging is an option.
TwEECer RT - Can be used to make changes to the tune, similar to the SCT, but also has a datalogging option

Moates.net gear - The soon to be released QuarterHorse will have datalogging capabilities.

They don't know what they're doing, BTW.... I also forgot to mention that the '95 I worked on today, has a B-303 cam installed. Idles great, no surging or stalls now (like it was for 4 months before this service), no aftermarket tuning device or chip...... the problem was caused when the current owner replaced the clutch and didn't correct the exhaust leak he created in the passenger side header.

Well if the tuner can't get it right on the street it might be time for the dyno. Dyno tuning is much more accurate and always gives better results.

I have heard bad things about the 94-95 computers. Its like it is sensing that the car is cold so its idling high almost like a choke. all i have to do it tap the gas and the car wil idle back down perfect and run smooth. Any suggestions. Maf, tb, iac are all clean and good.
Have you checked the TB for binding every now and then? ...... How is the throttle cable? You may be focusing too much on the EEC side, and overlooking the simple mechanical/non EEC related possibilities that will cause that symptom. Just a thought.
