Default stock vert springs vs stock gt/lx. Need help!

Just picked up a 92 vert gt and i have an issue with the tires rubbing the fenders in the front and rear.Have 17 inch cobra wheels with 245 45 17 up front and 275 40 17 drag radials on the rear.
The car is lowered but im not sure what kind of springs are on the car or the amount of drop........

I want to know what the difference in the convertible and non convertible springs are because they have different part numbers.
I would like to return to stock ride height if possible.
Ive read that some people pull and or roll their fenders but i got a ride with 67k miles on it and im not trying to do anything to ruin the value.

Thanks in advance guys/gals
