Problem opening door from inside

Problem opening door from inside
the passanger side door, from the inside gives me such a hard time to open, i gotta really rip the handle hard, somtimes it takes a few tries, some times it takes 1 try, some times i just give up.
there is also a wierd buzzing noise inside of the door when i hit the lock and unlock button... the handle on the outside of the door is broken as well but when working, had no issue opening the door.

check to make sure the clips that hold the bar to the frame of the door are still there. I remember my car doing that at one time after I replaced the door but what happened was one of the clips fell to the bottom of the door and I didn't anything about it till I couldn't get in and out of it. Anyways what the clips do is keeps the bar from bowing when you pull on the handle

and what if they did fall? how do i get em back up there?
