changing timing?

Default changing timing?

So from people that have done this.., what improvements did you see from bumping up the timing to 14deg or around??

remember, bump it up in lower increments first. try 2 degrees and make sure no pinging, then if you think you can do more, do it. But every car will be different in the amount of timing you can bump up and still be safe!

I don't think it will make as much difference on a stock application, but I have seen and heard of engines that were heavily modded that picked up 20-30 hp on the dyno out of a few degrees of timing.
