Go out there 2-3 times a day and guive it a good soaking with penetrating oil like PB Blaster. Hint: WD-40 is NOT a penetrating oil.

Heating the arm will make the hole bigger.

You may have noticed that when you smack the stud with a hammer, it feels a little "soft". That's because the arm will flex a little when you hit it. Use a bottle jack under the arm, right nect to the tie rod end. That smack it.

The part is already mangled and useless. Go down to Autozone and borrow a pickle fork. That and a 3# sledge will almost always break it free.

Is there a boss cast into it? if so hit it hard there about 3 or 4 times, should just pop right out.
