I had the part in mind, is there anyway I can test it to see if is bad? I tried tapping on it, but nothing. I hate to spend $174 at Auto Zone and it not be the problem.

un plug it and see what happens, you'd have to use a wiring diagram and check the input command vs output commands, most likely is a bad ccrm, if you can find a test one to borrow, that'd be ideal

Check this site out for some troubleshooting info. Just one of many sites with good info. http://www.mustang-tech.org/wiki/94-...lectrical_CCRM

I saw that site b-4. That is for a ccrm that is not recieving power. Mine is and everything is on. I tried to find a diagnostic page on my symtoms but no luck.

Don't need diagnostic for continuos power. Pull the CCRM and check pins for continuity between the relay contacts. If they are locked or welded closed you will have continuity. Problem solved Replace the CCRM

Trouble shoot/follow your grounds.

With the connector loose check your power points. Find out if your EEC is holding your relays shut.

Just follow the diagrams and OHMS Law you can't go wrong.

Note that with your fan and fuel pump running all the time, the relays are closed. Why is the question?
