Cheapist way to convert to mass air???
#4
I did mine for about $220 using a Remand ECU ($110) and a used Pro M 75mm MAF ($70) ,then I bought a pigtail from ford for the MAF ($12) and some EEC-IV terminals from fordfuelinjection.com ($8) and some wire and shrink tube ($20) and made my own harness. It all works great and I got an upgraded MAF. I made a CAI to work.
You could do a MAF swap for less than that easy. Go on ebay and look for a 94-95 70mm MAF from either a 5.0 or 3.8, they are the same. The will work for your swap (I was going to use one, but I got a good deal on the Pro M) You can get one on ebay for around $30. Make your own harness, and find a ECU and you are in business.
I used this to help with my swap...
