Well in your case I would say to go for it. When you start adding up the parts that are on the car that you don't have to buy it can save you money, Body work, cowl hood, manual rack, wheels, tires and minimal interior work and that stuff really adds up. I bought a running bone stock car and have had to buy a lot of this stuff. The biggest factor it's worth what you are willing to pay and how bad you want it. people thought I was crazy that I paid what I did for my 85. It's what I wanted.
