my old F150 I sold to my firend is still running strong at 220k refreshed the bearings at 184k but that was only because I bought it from a mechanic that doesn't like to take chances.

Hey man, dont worry about that. I've got over 200K miles on my 95gt and she's still going. Take care of your car and she'll take care of you!

My Bronco has 225k, my Mustang has 125k, and my F-150 has 179k....No oil drips...no noticeable oil or coolant consumption, no knocks or taps...and trust me when I say that I rip on the throttle perhaps more often than I should..Ford built us a pretty nice engine if you ask me, heh.

Wheres the member that has 360k miles on his 85/86 vert? These engines will last forever if you take care of it right.

i had 4 reported roll overs on car fax on mine when i bought it. so thats over 400k miles before i rebuild the motor. it was still running strong, just the clutch went outand i decided to just pull it all and rebuild it very reliable.
