Default Adjusting windows

I have a convertible and on the passenger side the rear 1/4 window and the passenger side window do not meet up nice when they are both up.

when they are both up, you can see into the car from the rear.

also, the passenger side window seems like it has a hard time going up, anyone have any ideas?

i don't think there is away to adjust the windows. My pass side window goes up slowly too. On my driver side window there is a gap between the roof and the window when its all the way up about 6 inches long.

i really can't see crap in the picture. i think you should take a couple more pics during the day so i/we can see what exactly is you're talking about.
