Default C-4 shifting points

For those with a C-4 with manual VB what rpm are you shifting at the track? and what rpm are you traping at?

that all depends on what all guys have done to there motors . mine jus has cam in it and when ever raced someone i shifted bout 5800rpm's

I know where i will be shifting at. Im just curious to see what other people are shifting at and what rpm there traping at.
