Pull all of your spark plug wires out and look inside the sleeves and check the caps, I had a similar issue last week with mine after my build, turns out one of the caps was bent and wasn't making full contact with the spark plug, however mine caused the engine not to turn over what so ever.
As long as your MAF is the same size or larger as your TB this shouldn't cause an issue. Also, did you change the fuel injectors, if so, then that's your problem, MAF isn't calibrated to the fuel injectors, go pro-m.
If the above checks out, you'll need to run to autozone and get a tester. I can't thinks of it's exact name, but it looks like a screw driver and it lights up when a circuit is made. You'll need to pull out one of the plugs on your fuel injectors and test to make sure your injectors are getting an input signal. This will take two people, one to test, one to turn over the motor. If your injectors are getting a signal, the ground will stay lit, and the positive or input line should flash on/off rapidly.
If this checks out, then check your salt/pepper shakers at the back of your engine bay (a black/white sensor), to make sure they're not corroded, or damaged, the sensor may be able to check these as well.
If this checks out, do your fuel injectors have adequate fuel pressure?
