Default Rear lights problem.

My tail lights went out on my 1994 Mustang GT last night. I only purchased the car from a private seller less than three weeks ago. I am new to the mustang so I need some help with this one. When I bought the car the instrument panel lights did not work...they still don't, but last night the tail lights went out. I would check the fuse but I can't locate which one the rear lights would be on. The brake lights and turn signals do work still. I found a diagram online with the fuse box layout but I can't see where the rear lights would be. http://autorepair.about.com/library/a/1g/bl039g.htm
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fuse 5 and 13 possibly. You may want to look into a bad headlight switch or dimmer switch.
