Default Pro-M mass air meters

Bored at school went on jegs website saw that they are having a nice sale on pro-m meters for my application. I also have a nice coupon for jegs since my dad ordered a couple grand worth of stuff for his vette resoration. So all in all ill be getting it for a nice price of around $125.00 Question lies with this, whats the mustang feedback for the Pro-M. I know my mods arent much, but i figured at a price like this and a birthday coming up it couldnt hurt to get one, unless it will be a total waste.

i picked one up off ebay for 70.00 bucks its one off a 93 cobra that was recalibrated for the #19 injectors, its a 70mm stock is 55mm(stock for the lx-gt 5.0) and i noticed better pick up and throttle response deffinitly worth the money but if you plan to do alot more mods i would go bigger though

I would say go for it. Those things are like $235 for the 95 mustang.

If you dont already have 24# injectors now is the time to get them so you dont have to get a new mass air when you do get them.

apparently C&Ls are harder to tune with. says my dyno guy

yes Pro-M meters can be recalibrated for $100 but worth it when they cost $350 new

I just picked one up already calibrated for 24# for $100 used obv. (not the one in my sig)

avoid imitations tho like the one i have (with pigtail connectors) it makes my can run rich as a ba$tard. 11.6 from idle to WOT and its stock N/A for now LOL

id say grab it up. you can always send it in to get it redone if/when u decide to change injectors. IMO Pro-M is the best MAF

got to www.promracing.com and read up a bit. use the important info box on the right

ive been running a 19lb prom for a while and it was a good pickup with the cai and throttle body. probably good for 10hp all together
