worked on the car today and im ready to fire it up, its a 90 4cyl to v8 swap. the injectors are not firing, the ground on the back of the motor is hooked to the intake manifold, and i can only gett a reading of .02 on the tps. what could be wrong?

how do you know the injectores are not firing??

yes i used a spark tester on the #1

do you have current on one of the two wires on an inj plug, ecm controls ground usually

yes i put a test light on the red wire and it lit up

what year harness and is it maf or SD

its a 1990 maf harness, im not sure of the injector harness year tho but i read u can use any year for that....

once ecm sees a pip signal generated from the stator in the dizzy, then ecm knows car is cranking and to power fuel pump up and pulse injectors, do you hear the pump come on when you turn the key to run briefly??
