need help choosing 3G Alt wire kit

Im looking at PA performances power wire kit. One kit contains a noise suppresor, the other does not. Which do i need? Also, do i need PA's small parts kit, that includes a 3g stator plug, connectors and solder rings.

noise suppressors are always a good idea, you never know what phantom noise will enter your speakers especially with aftermarket ignitions.
