My dip stick came out of my engine and I think I put it back in the right area but I'm not sure because the dip stick is reading that there is no oil in my car. I also was wondering if that coming out of the hole would cause all the oil to be emptied from my engine. I don't know how that would be possible though because there is no oil in my garage.

Look under the car and see if the tube went back into the block, then check the oil. The hole is just above the oil pan rail about half way down the block

I'm pretty sure you mean dipstick tube. You may not have pushed it far enough into the hole.
