ok when the car idles, if I leave it just sit there and idle for 2 mins or more the RPM's drop down to 500-800 RPM's, and you can hear a slight little knocking/hard pinging noise.Sounding like if you were to take your fingers and tape them on you computer deck.

It sounds like to me I'm gitting to much fuel and not enough air, so probably the noise is spark knock?
If I'm right how can I fix it, or can it be fix?

i had the same issue with my 94. try replacing your idle control valve solenoid thing (bolted to the throttle body) once i did that my car ran great. even if it doesnt work, for 25 dollars it is a very easy fix. ok. actually full list of things i did to get my car running right. it would hang at higher rpm. then come down. every now and then it would backfire coming off the Rs and die on me, meaning that i had to keep my foot on the accelerator for it to stay running. i did a full tuneup and that got rid of the backfiring, but it still died occasionally. i finally connected in my primitive ape brain that maybe my lack of idle (having to hold the gas to keep the car running) had something to do with the fact that there is a hole in the TB that routes through that valve, therefore causing me to believe that the valve needed replace. i replaced that valve and had no such problems with sticking high idle or no idle since.
