Default Shiftless beotch!

I went from good shifts to no shifts in no time flat. Since my car wasn't shifting into gear, I manually adjusted the cable (I have an aftermarket quadrant so that means underneath the car). There didn't appear to be that much slack. After the adjust, it shifted into gear for a day, then did the same thing. The clutch, cable, throwout are relativley new as they were put in about four months ago. Can anyone give me an educated guess as to wtf may be the matter?

I think that may be the problem. It wasn't a Ford cable.

I'm back. I had to do some work as I am at work. With jobs being scarce, I don't want to rock no boat. Thanks for the good info. Where would a shift fork bend at? (Dumb question but I have never seen a bent one before).
