Hi, needing some help guys. Ive got a 94 mustang GT that has a 97 explorer intake going on it. The intake is on but im having some clearence issues with the valve covers for some reason. I want to just go ahead and get the 1 inch phenolic spacer to give me plenty of clearence from the valve covers but im not sure which one i need since im using an explorer GT40 intake? Hood clearence wont be a problem since i have a cowl hood on the car. Do i still get the phenolic spacer for a regular GT40 intake or a cobra intake? they all look the same when you look at them on summitracing.com or jegs.com. I just want to make sure im going to have it right the first time. Thanks for the help.
