Default Tire Question

I am looking at ordering 03 cobra wheels to go on my car in my sig. I am looking at LRS for these

http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...0%201&comp=LRS

and american muscle for these

http://www.americanmuscle.com/17x9-2...ug-chrome.html

My question is, they both have different offsets, are one of these offsets incorrect. Also, I have the option of tires on american muscle which include the Sumitumo HTR Z, ZII, and ZIII, or the Nitto NT555. I like the look of the nitto but does anyone have this tire? how well does it perform? smooth ride? Good Traction at the strip?

With LRS I only have the option for the HTR ZIII, how is this tire? how well does it perform?
