Help......
Been Having problems with car wanting to idle at 1000-1200 RPM's, then when driving the car and shifting into another gear RPM's hang. Checked the timing 3-4 times and it is where it should be (12* BTDC).Checked the TPS .98 Volts,Reset Base Idle,Cleaned the MAF. CAr also runs really lean at idle.
Ran a KOEO/KOER test today on my 94 GT...

ON THE 94 idle hang between shifts is normal, you will not be able to remove it, it is what is know as the idle dashpot function, I believe ford did that to lessen the harshness between shifts so as to reduce the number of t-5 warranty claims.
