Do I need a standard or high volume oil pump

standard volumne will be fine, now I wish not to create a debate but there often arises the question of the strain that a HV pump creates on the dizzy gear and premature wear, now I ran an HV pump in my 347 for roughly 2k and when I pulled the dizzy there was minimal wear on the dizzy gear, but it concerned me none the less so I am removing it and installing a standard volume high performance blueprinted pump...just an idea

You will not pump the sump dry with a high volume pump, thats the biggest misconception out there. The Engine will hit the rev limiter before the rpms are high enough to pump it dry. Just watch the oil level in the engine, you deff dont want to let it get low. But all in all, a standard volume will be well suited for your application.
