^^^^^glad that's your opinion and not fact cause truth of the matter is royal crap ranks 8th or 9th on the list on how well it passed all the independent tests it was subjected to such as the 4 ball friction wear test ect ect, mobil one was low on the list too
Pennzoil and Amsoil were among the top performers in all aspects such as the quality of detergent packages used as well as all wear tests and shear tests they were subjected to, I have the independent test conducted as a print out somewhere at work

The real truth is ANY synthetic oil will work fine for year and years and years. No matter what Kind of synthetic oil it is I wouldn't have a problem running it. No matter if it's Mobil1, Royal Purple, Amsoil, Pennsoil, Q, Castrol, Shell, Valvoline, or any other major brand the engine in your car can't stress the oil enough to create an oil related failure. If the engine is assembled correctly and has sufficiant oil pressure ANY of them will be fine. Just pick one and go with it along with a quality oil filter. The biggest thing is just changing the oil on a regular basis. You could run Advance generic 10W30 conventional oil and change it regularly and you would be fine.

oil companies advertise like sparkplug companies.
who conducted these tests?
who sponsored them?
synthetic polymers are unique in it's own design properties..but when you get sales pitches with a popular fan liked spokesperson representing a product...well that's what you get...a popular vote...
there is no right or wrong answer just a preference...that is all.
i used mobil1 10-30 and one bottle of lucas for 9 yrs. on the same engine..some dumb dumb put a cheap filter and conventional oil in it<cheaper>..in it...within 3 day's i chewed up cam bearings lost a cylinder...ect...a worn engine on it's last leg that was relying on the extra protection ended in a premature/extended death?? your call.. i know what happened,...convenience and quality do not go hand to hand

That's because it's great oil. Formerly made by Mobil 1, Pennzoil, and Quaker State. Not sure who's currently making it now, last I heard it was Mobil 1.
Last time I was at Walmart I compared the label on the supertech to the mobil 1 oil and it was identical.
