What is the best performance chip I can get for my 92 5.0 that is the most affordable. Can anyone recommend a good site to find it?

Get a Tweecer R/T for $550 and tune the car yourself. Plus it will always be there should you add more mods down the road.

As stated, on a stock car you won't get much, but the american muscle SCT 4 bank chip is pretty decent, plus they offer free retunes for life.
