Default Double checkin' on smog delete...

So I unplug and cap off the vacuum lines on these 3 parts? I then can remove them right?
(I un-bolted the top part so yall can see all 3!)

What is this: Its at the bottom of my firewall on the passenger side..

Also, Is this relay stock? And is it supposed to be hooked up? It doesnt look like its been hooked up for a long time...

Thanx

the thing on your passenger side fire wall is a drain for when your heater core leaks.

I bought an EGR block-off plate off of ebay. And when I took my EGR off my lower bolt is bigger then the 2 bolts that came with the plate. So I bought a bolt and washer from the hardware store.

The bolt doesnt sit in the "groove/hole" of the plate.. I'm just wondering if that will be ok for sealing it off!?! Should I RTV it?

Thanx

(referring to the first pic) with the smog pump out the piece that has the yellow single line, black single line, and green/yellow connector can be completely removed?
