I just received a BBK Strut Tower Brace in the mail for my '89 LX. I sat it in the engine compartment and have a couple of installation questions. Fisrt, on the brace that bolts to the firewall, is the washer fluid hose supposed to go through the larger hole on the brace? It doesn't appear that mine will line up, but that is an easy fix by drilling another hole. Second, the two brackets that bolt to the strut towers, are you supposed to make your own holes for these? The brackets are 90 degree angled pieces that kind of line up to the strut towers. It looks as if the camber plates will interfere with the mounting tabs of the brace and will need some modifications. Just wanted to know if this is standard or if I have some issues. If anyone has close up pictures of one of these installed that would be great. Thanks.
