Check! We've covered that already when you told me on pg 1. Thanks (seriously)! The real issue here is I need to find an exact replacement (a TB with trigger possition the same). I put this post up in hopes that somebody could piont me in the right direction as I do not want to redesign or build another intake manifold for an issue this small. The pics below explain the issue best.

your best bet is toget an SN-95 tb and modify it to fit the intake.
IF i get my new manifold some time soon, i might be selling my 70mm tb... so try to hold off for a week or so, and i'll let you know

Do you know what year Explorer?
SN-95 is the 94-98 mustang. the 99-04 are technically considered sn-95, but everyone refers to them as New Edge
