Check! We've covered that already when you told me on pg 1. Thanks (seriously)! The real issue here is I need to find an exact replacement (a TB with trigger possition the same). I put this post up in hopes that somebody could piont me in the right direction as I do not want to redesign or build another intake manifold for an issue this small. The pics below explain the issue best.

My original TB connected

Perfect, thanks! I'll start looking for an Explorer TB. Do you by chance know the year range?

you wont find aftermarket TB's for exploders...

your best bet is toget an SN-95 tb and modify it to fit the intake.

IF i get my new manifold some time soon, i might be selling my 70mm tb... so try to hold off for a week or so, and i'll let you know

Thanks man! I'll see if I can hold off. Email me at noreboy@yahoo.com when you're ready to get rid of your TB. By the way, what is SN-95? I'm coming from the world of Toyota's and have no clue what that lingo means.

SN-95 is the 94-98 mustang. the 99-04 are technically considered sn-95, but everyone refers to them as New Edge

and it would be a 96-01 exploder... 5.0 ofc
