truck motor?

i was thinkin about buying a 91 hatch car with a truck 302 in it i was wonderin if i could buy engine parts for a h.o for the truck motor or is there a big difference in them

what year truck moter is it im a doing pretty much the same every thing is coming toghter ,mine come out of a 88 bronco got roller set up t 51 heads you can get all the parts u need to make it ho good luck
