wanna know how much boost would be safe on a 306 with all forged internals?
the kit im lookin at comes with a 14psi pulley just checkin that it would be safe?

How much boost you see is going to depend on many things. Heads, cam, exhaust etc. However I am running 11 psi on a stock 1993 short block. Remember it is not really boost that kills a motor, it is hp and detonation. With a safe tune and a forged short block, I don't see 14 psi as a problem. Depending on the rest of your combo, you will be at a point where the block will be the weak link soon (500 hp +-).
