Default miss under light load

I have a 94 and as of recently my car has had a light miss under light load in particular the rpm ranges of 1500-2500 if I am above or under those rpms i dont really notice the miss at all.

Does anyone have some guesses to what the problem could be? most of my parts including spark plugs, wires, ingnition, cap and rotor are new. please let me know if you need any more specific questions about my car/setup.

thanks a lot to anyone that helps

did you change your fuel filter? clean your sensors? check for vacuum leaks? how does it idle?
