Default Battery ground question?

Hi guys i just finished doin my battery relocation and i have a quick question. I am running a cut off switch for my battery. Can i run my charge wire from the alt to the cut off switch or does it have to go directly to battery?

oh second question if i may, I am basically running 2 big ground wires one from the battery to the old quad shock location and one from the engine to the front sway bar location. Will i run into a ground issue should i be running anymore grounds? Ground and power wire used is both 1/0

you can always run the ground wire to the driver side seat so when u drive u just touch it to some metal to ground it out. hope that helps
