whats the worst that could happen from installing the wrong oil filter on a 5.0?

Not enough oil getting through, or pressure build up.
Installing a FRAM (orange bomb) is a no-no.

true motorcraft FL1A is really a purolator pure 1 but for less.

i generally use the fl1a but i got the fram for free out of a car at my dads towing lot
