Front coil-over help

i have coil overs in my car and was wondering what i need to have clearance for a 17x9 wheel. i have a 1/4in spacer on but it still rubs...... any help i would appreciate.

the motor is not in the car yet but dont know if that would change anything....

IIRC i have a 7/16 spacer on the front
