heads should be fine. the prob with a 351 in fox's are the 9.5"deck heigth compared to 8.2"302.

hmm thats a good question, im curious now too. i would think 302 headers since the deck height is the same, but im not 110% sure

run the 302 headers like said it is the deck height that make the difference not the heads in this case.

you cannot run 302 headers on a 351w because:
1. The headers will sit higher up and probably will not clear the floor pan
2. The headers will sit wider at the flanged and your mid pipe will not line up.

You cannot run 351w headers on a 302 because:
1. The headers are taller and will hang out under the car. They will likely drag on a stock ride height
2. the headers will sit too close at the flange and you will not be able to bolt up your mid pipe.

plain and simple
302 block, 302 headers
351 block, 351 headers

those are your options

what the heads are off is irrelevant... a windsor is a windsor. The block's deck height dictates which headers to use

that's what I thought so you would want to run the 302 headers just like said before.
