Sputtering and backfire Help please!

its not a vac issue because i have a supercharger and a vac boost guage and everything it fine at idle and under load, i ran a koeo test and found 3 codes 81 82 and 95.
81 - Secondary Air Diverter Circuit Failure (O)
82 - Secondary Air Bypass Circuit Failure (O)
95 - Fuel Pump Circuit Open-PCM To Motor Ground (M,O)
any of these cause this sputtering issue?

Ok so I finally took my car somewhere after replacing the tfi. The coils good and I changed the plugs. I took it to Swarr Auto about 15min from me, HUGE mustang shop. They did a OBD1 diagnostic, no codes showed up. They hooked up one of the vac lines to a smoke machine, no vac leaks, except from the EGR which they said I should just get rid of all together. They said that may be the problem because it shouldnt be open whent he car is off. The voltage was low on the TPS so I replaced that. They next thing they said was possibly a leak from one of the injector o-rings. Im gonna pull out my stethescope tommrow and listen to the injectors too to make sure they are working properly as well. The timing was fine at 14 degrees. After I did a KOER and a KOEO test today before I took it to the shop the car actully ran normal, it ran great. Then tonight it started to spudder again. I also developed at exhaust leak between the header and the h-pipe, would that throw off the O2 sensor? What the hell? O2 sensor? Anymore ideas guys?
