I think he was referring to buying a block and re-using the old one.
The guy does seem worried about the block.

thats what i'm refferring to, i'm not saying anything bad about how he builds motors. I would just like a reason for why my block is bored out so far, and why i was never told about it.

sometimes a block just won't clean up at .030...this is you 3rd motor..so how much money was spent?...how much out of your pocket?

would dss or chp have done this for you?...i know the answer to that one,and i'm sure you do too.

do you think my $2500.00 dss pro bullet was a new short block?...nope it was an old yyy block.

so how much did you spend on this 347 compared to what "I" paid for a supposed 306 block?...then add 2 more rebuilds?..

just for the record .040 is not bored so far as you think...it is just a clean up..
