Rear bumper question for 88gt

Default Rear bumper question for 88gt
Was wondering if possible, can i take my rear 88gt bumper and replace it with a lx bumper. can i just take the one off and put the other, or do i need some sort of adapter? doing it bec its getting painted and i like the look better. thanks
