Default Wheel/Tire fitment

Hey guys i just wanted to know if 17 inch svt rims with a 4X108 lug pattern will fit my foxbody mustang? the seller said they were on a ford focus. im pretty sure the bolt pattern is the same, but what about the offset? the tire size is 215/45/17(pirelli zero nero tires) for $150. i am looking at them tomorrow, should i get them?

they will fit but they are 6" or 7" wide

I would probably stick with what you have. I have Pony rims and would not change them, I am happy with 245/50/16s.

Off topic question, when can I post in the Classifieds section of the board? I have a radiator for sale, but it won't let me start a new thread.

I was told that for every 700 pounds you lose a second in the 1/4. If that is true (I have no clue), I doubt the Pony rims weigh an extra 350 pounds...lol.
